冰桶挑戰無法和真正的ALS相提並論，但它卻讓全球各地的人開始討論，正視ALS, 並且捐款幫助病友，I'm gladely accept! 但我無法不把自己想成他們，看他們受苦，我卻幫不上忙，心裡好難過．我更要邀請真正長時間，流血流汗不斷付出行動，愛和關懷的好友 Chan Hui Ju 跟我一起來，讓大眾正視並關懷漸凍人！
It's great to see people from all over the world getting behind the ice bucket challenge and raising awareness of ALS. My brother has nominated me and the kids, we gladly accept! As I do this, I want to remember those who really suffer from this serious illness, and while I can't save anyone, it's my sincere wish that what we do in this challenge is able to lessen the suffering of others in the future, I also wanna nominate my dearest friend Stephy, who loves and cares for someone with this condition to witness this challenge.
